Carefully pack your items, ensuring glass jars and fragile waxes are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include your RMA slip inside the box.

Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
